Priya is a village woman who didn’t finish school. She is dangerously malnourished. Priya’s husband died from Tuberculosis which is a poverty related illness. Because she is not educated, she can’t get a good paying job to support her family. She has two kids: Payal and Himanshu.
Himanshu is a happy boy who loves to climb trees and draw pictures. He wants to be a police officer when he grows up. Payal is a sweet and kind girl. We are paying all the costs of Priya’s children’s education and are offering food and clothing to them especially nutrition supplements for this hard working mother so that together, they can once again look to the future with hope and without fear.
