Very often we talk about change. When we hear of the less fortunate, our compassion may arise and we want to help them but don’t know how or where to start. When we hear of those in poverty, our generosity may arise but we don’t know where to send our resources. When we hear of those who can’t go to school but who want an education, our wisdom may arise but don’t know how to share our knowledge. Now is the time to turn our compassion to action; our generosity to valuable investment to better the lives of others; and our wisdom to educate the future generation of children so they have a chance to make the most of their life for themselves and the future generations to come.
Now is the time to turn our compassion to action; our generosity to valuable investment to better the lives of others; and our wisdom to educate the future generation of children so they have a chance to make the most of their life for themselves and their future generations to come.
Now it's time to RISE UP.
OUR MISSION
Come and see the strength of the human spirit.
Come and learn about the power of education to change the world.
Come and find out how you too can be the agents of change as we RISE UP and become the masters of our life.

Sister Yeshe, the founder of Bodhicitta Foundation, the author of Everyday Enlightenment.
Ayya Yeshe Bodhicitta grew up in a small country town in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales. When she was 14 her father died, plunging her into a suicidal depression. At 17, she left Australia for the Himalayas seeking meaning in her life. Then at the age of 23 she took her vows as a Buddhist nun in the Tibetan Sakya lineage. She has spent over 8 years in the slums in Nagpur, India, working with people from the community previously known as ‘untouchables’.
